Youll be responsible for the efficient running of the warehouse operations, placing the highest regard on colleague wellbeing, health and safety whilst, meeting the operational KPIs. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 days from 7, with a hours as 6am to 2:30pm Pay, benefits and more: Were looking to offer a salary of up to £37,000 per annum, and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). Responsible for the direct supervision and mentoring of DC leadership team within specific areas of the business Maintain a continued focus on the DC's financial and operational performance Work with the General Manager to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains to reduce overall cost Participate in strategic and business process improvements and operational projects for the distribution network What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a large, fast paced warehouse environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office Previous experience focussing on continuous improvement We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
