Site Manager

Site Manager - Cardiff We have a new requirement for a Site Manager for an 8 week project in Cardiff. The role is with a leading main contractor and is an upgrade of a PAVA system (Public Address/Voice Alarm). There will be up to 3 sub-contractors on site and the work is in the day but there may be a few night shifts. Fit Out/Refurb experience in a live environment is essential. Black CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid are a must. You will be the sole manager on the project and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the job, all the reporting and paperwork so you must have competent IT skills. There is a good possibility of follow on projects
