Property Manager Annual Salary: 28000 - 34000 DOE Location: Glasgow City Centre Job Type: Full-time Hybrid Working (1 day at home per week) Join one a leading and friendly Property Management service based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. We are currently seeking a Property Manager who is committed to maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with customers and contractors. Key Responsibilities include Liaise with internal departments and contractors on all maintenance matters Raising job orders to contractors to attend to maintenance issues Following up estimate requests to ensure estimates are provided by contractors within set timescales Reviewing estimates provided by contractors and liaising with internal departments to progress these repairs Drafting & issuing communication to homeowners with details of repairs required and following up to instruction of works Ensuring all follow up action is done in accordance with internal procedures that meet our Service Level Agreement If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in, please send an updated CV
