Financial Services Reporting Analyst - 12 Month Contract Eden Scott's client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a middle office function based in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient trust administration services for members and clients of International Employee Benefit Plans. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain accurate scheme records and client details on core systems. Ensure timely and efficient processing of various events, including contribution processing, distribution payments, member fees, and interactions with corporate clients, members, and third parties. Respond to client and participant queries and ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation, including FATCA/CRS, AML. Monitor and organise your own workload to ensure optimal service delivery within agreed timeframes. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party intermediaries Contribute to identifying procedural improvements and ensuring adherence to best practices. Prepare client reports and participate in client, business, and new client activities. Actively engage in reducing operational risks and complaints through effective risk management and corrective actions. Essential Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Reporting & Data Analysis skills is essential Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with high attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Positive and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Awareness of operational risk and a commitment to continuous improvement.
