The Oracle ERP Analyst is a crucial role that requires a combination of technical and functional expertise. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements and understanding business needs to implement new solutions or to re-implement new features. What You'll Be Doing: Work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering, and understanding customer needs. Improve process flow and user documentation for different Oracle-related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency. Responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution. Business user and system requested enhancements for both application and business process issues. Responsible for implementations or re-implementations along with the team. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development. What We Are Looking For: At least 10 years of experience supporting implementations in Oracle ERP Functional Experience: Oracle Supply Chain modules and Sales Technical Experience: PL/SQL can write and read basic queries to support the business. Experience with implementations of end-to-end full cycle of Oracle Supply Chain.
