No Offer Description The research fellow will study governance tools in order to support urban and regional planning in Sardinia, beginning with a theoretical analysis grounded in the concepts of smart cities, fair accessibility, and social equity. Through a multi-methodological approach, the fellow will integrate spatial analysis techniques, space syntax analysis, empirical observation, and geographic information systems to assess and improve spatial accessibility. Specifically, the aim is to develop innovative connection systems between coastal and internal areas, enhancing the accessibility and integration of internal territories to support sustainable development. This process will be crucial for fostering economic, environmental, and social sustainability in Sardinia, particularly by capitalising on the vocations and potential of each territorial unit.
