Salary: Based on experience As an HR Specialist, you will focus on HR operations and employee relations, acting as a key point of contact between employees and the HR function. You’ll serve as an ambassador of the company’s culture, policies, and procedures, providing guidance and support. Additionally, you’ll contribute to innovative HR projects, manage internship recruitment, and organize international events. Responsabilità Key Responsibilities: HR Solutions: Interpret and apply company policies and procedures to deliver effective HR solutions that address business needs. Non-Employee Management: Oversee processes related to roles, budget management, internal compliance, and alignment with organizational values. Talent Engagement: Support activities such as internship recruitment, organizing international contests, and other HR initiatives focused on innovation. Operational HR Processes: Assist with the implementation and monitoring of operational HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Functie-eisen Requirements: A degree or equivalent qualification in HR, economics, organizational psychology, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in an HR-related role. A strong passion for human resources with a people-first approach. An open, enthusiastic, and proactive personality with a focus on innovation. Flexibility, curiosity, and a commitment to personal and professional growth. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Resilience under pressure and the ability to work in structured, process-driven multinational environments. Fluency in Italian, English, and Chinese (written and spoken).
