Attività Gestione reclami Gestione non conformità e azioni correttive/preventive legate ai reclami Gestione reportistica periodica (mensile e trimestrale) Gestione Process Risk Analysis (pFMEA) in termini di stesura, mantenimento e aggiornamento Partecipazione ai Tier di reparto prodotto finito e sacche vuote e gestione feedback qualità per problematiche emerse dai tier di reparto Monitoraggio azioni definite per risolvere problemi legati ai reclami Requisiti Laurea (Ingegneria, Farmacia, Biologia o affini) Ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e di team building Buona conoscenza dei principali applicativi Office Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata Conoscenza di nozioni base di statistica J-18808-Ljbffr
