Arrivals & Departures Systems (ADS) Coordinator

The ADS Team is responsible for developing the business process for arrival and departures information management, developing the specifications for ADS, testing and implementing ADS, and providing technical support. The ADS system forms part of the new IOC Pisa project and development will need to be closely monitored to ensure the requirements are delivered, software tested, and API integration across multiple systems for import information is closely managed. Assisting the ADS Manager in working with all key stakeholders in conjunction with the AND Stakeholder Services Manager and relevant Milano Cortina 2026 Functional Areas to ensure the most effective processes are established and provide ongoing feedback on ADS requirements and business processes. Responsible for the capture of Games stakeholders' information, ensuring that data is requested, captured, and stored securely within the ADS. Develop training tools and documentation to ensure the ADS is understood and managed effectively across all relevant Functional Areas. Assist Milano Cortina 2026 stakeholders with any ADS system setup, support, and training. Support the development of the ADS access and logins for all users and audit where appropriate. Train the ADS Team and Volunteers in collaboration with the ADS Manager. Issue resolution at Games Time. J-18808-Ljbffr
