No Offer Description The proposed research aims to detect the application and implementation of Restorative Justice (RJ) in different contexts, through the construct of legal culture. In fact, RJ proves suitable for various relational settings, social environments and types of conflict, which can be managed and/or solved through its use, taking into account the stratification of relevant characteristics. The objectives of the research are: Mapping out RJ programmes as implemented in the aforementioned fields; Pinpointing the operational models and the organisational solutions enacted in them; Assessing the impact of programmes in terms of effectiveness and efficacy.
