It will focus on reconfiguring the related responsibilities of organisations and public officials. Digital technologies enable effective measures for the detection, monitoring, and mitigation of risks, introducing new ways of attributing administrative acts, including automated ones. The study will explore how changes in various sectors of administrative activity (contracts, public services, land management, health) necessitate the integration of new organisational and performance parameters into digital risk management systems, including insurance tools, to ensure proper management of compensation flows while avoiding duplication and negative effects.
