Olympic & Paralympic Villages Energy Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities: Support the monitoring of the implementation of legacy projects developed by venue owners/actuators and to the definition of executive overlay projects. Act as the village focus point for energy activities for EVM Venue Manager, NRG Cluster Manager, and interested FAs. Coordinate Venue Energy Contractors and specific induction programs. Manage Temporary Power Systems coordination (energy overlay facilities). Oversee electrical in-venue distribution grids operation during Games Time and manage contractors' workforce activities. Coordinate dismantling operations of Temporary Power Systems (energy overlay facilities). Plan, participate, and report on all meetings for the preparation of IOC/OBS documents for the reference cluster related to specific milestones. Ensure compliance with IOC Masterschedule milestones for village projects delivery and definitions of the legacy projects in the village.
