No Offer Description The project entails multi-omics studies in hematological diseases, including acute leukemias and lymphomas, to study the molecular heterogeneity of the disease, identify risk factors for relapse, and for toxicity of therapy. RNA-seq data will be obtained to characterize gene expression profiles, as well as non-coding and circular RNAs, and expressed variants with a pathogenic role. Further integration with genomic and proteomic profiles will be possible. The work of the fellow will mainly consist of omics data analysis, also with machine learning methods. Methods and software development can be envisaged as well.
