ABOUT THE JOB Excel report creation Review processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency/accuracy and implement solutions Complete projects and other responsibilities as assigned Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Responsible for bank internal report Filing and management of accounts payable database and aging report Management of payables invoices ABOUT YOU Strong knowledge in accounting The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams, and Outlook Fluency in both verbal and written English; additional languages are advantageous Previous experience in administration, supplier, and/or customer management Accuracy, integrity, and ability to work within specific deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact with team members A methodical, organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks From a workplace to a place to belong.
