CSA Field Engineer, Milan

Linum Consult’s client is an international specialist main contractor. They are looking to hire a Field Engineer with experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural works to join their team in Milan on a major data centre construction project. RESPONSIBILITIES Defining the size of various components that make up the structure, taking into account factors such as dimensions, quantity and type of materials used, soil type, climatic conditions, and seismic risk zones Overseeing the CSA works on site Assessing the impact of installations to existing structures Modifying existing structures if necessary Producing calculation notes and specifications, and reviewing calculations produced by others PROFILE At least 7 years of experience within a high-tech or industrial design environment, with significant experience working on site Proficient in IT tools, with knowledge of analysis software such as STAAD.Pro or Robot, and an advanced user of NAVISWORKS Strong understanding of Eurocodes Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English APPLICATION PROCESS To apply, please send your CV to europelinumconsult.com for the attention of Neill Donald, detailing your current financial package and notice period.
