We ensure that DHL develops and grows in the future. Your tasks: Supports the Facility Manager in delivering operational services. Assists in overseeing service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals. Tracks the implementation of technical guidelines. Tracks & reports on staffing / third parties / contractors through KPIs. Inspects sites for specific projects. Administers landlord payments and facilitates budgets. Your profile: Vocational or Technical Education (Surveyor). Construction Engineer Degree would be a great plus. Any work experience in Real Estate Company, Property & Facility companies would be a huge advantage. Advanced Level of English. Good communication and influencing skills.
