SOMEC SINTESI is a company that provides refurbishment and maintenance services for glazing systems on cruise ships, for cruise operators based in the European Union. Position Manages the project in all its aspects, interacting with all company departments. Oversees the organization and coordination of all commercial, technical, operational, and economic aspects, ensuring they align with the assigned objectives and consistently monitoring progress. Collaborates in controlling the execution phase, ensuring the project is completed successfully, on time, and within budget, while complying with all contractual conditions. Manages the project budget with the support of functional managers. Coordinates different departments and monitors the resources temporarily assigned to the project, respecting the authority of the functional manager. Plans the project together with other company functions, following internal procedures. Once the schedule is agreed upon, ensures deadlines are met and manages changes with the client and functional managers, aiming to deliver the project with the expected quality standards. Evaluates on-site presence during the key phases of the project. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in similar or related roles. Ability to organize and manage a technical team on a project-based worksite. Strong technical and financial analysis skills related to project management. Excellent knowledge of the fundamental principles of project-based organization, including task breakdown, organization, and planning. Ability to analyze and understand technical specifications and identify critical elements of the technical project development. Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level). Availability for business trips within Italy and abroad.
