Business Development Manager Oxford/Swindon/Reading/Bristol £37.5k-£40k plus car allowance Monday to Friday full-time Remote working Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a global leading innovative software company. Duties include: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Use insights to develop business strategies and marketing campaigns Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and influencers to generate leads and drive revenue Create and present tailored proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of Nimbus products and services Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, track performance, and report to senior management Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and contribute to product development and continuous improvement Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practicesWho are we looking for: 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the fire industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets Experience in prospecting, negotiations, and closing sales Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilitiesTo apply submit your CV today Unfortunately due to the volume of applicants, we may not be able to contact every applicant.
