Lead Shift Engineer

Lead Shift Engineer We are looking for a Lead Shift Engineer to join one of the Leading FM companies in one of London’s on a large commercial building. This is a full-time role based on a continental shift pattern that include days and nights. On offer is a salary of up to £58,000 and opportunities to boost earnings with overtime. Roles Responsibilities: Working in one of London’s most recognisable buildings, you will be running a small shift team and day to day duties will include: Single and Three phrase AHU and FCU maintenance .Small installation, Fault-finding,HVAC plant It is the Shift Leaders role to act as a coordination point for the day-to-day activities on site between the shift team, specialist service partners and on-going project works Provision of all-round engineering support, maintaining the building infrastructure Have a detailed understanding of all new or current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings, and complying with the Health & Safety/building codes of practice Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks, repairs and operations of equipment and services in accordance with best practice Assist the Contracts Manager to operate on a daily basis with self-autonomy dealing with everything from personnel management, subcontractor management, contract management, budget control, engineering planning and execution, planned preventative maintenance, etc Requirements:. HV Experience Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Either electrical or Mechanical Discipline
