You'll be working in occupied and void residential properties carrying out compliant repairs, maintenance and installation works. What you need: City & Guilds / NVQ CSCS card Full UK driving licence Happy to be available on call out of hours 1 week in 4 Previous experience in residential / social housing maintenance Skilled and competent in all aspects of residential carpentry work You'll be a dependable and hard-working team member who is confident in dealing with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
