Vision are in search of an strong and passionate Year 1 Class Teacher to work part-time in a nurturing, happy, and fun Primary School in north Cambridge About the role This friendly local authority school is looking for a Class Teacher for a Year 1 class to teach on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from February half term. As a class teacher you will undertake all responsibilities expected, but with the strong support of a very experienced colleague in the adjacent class. If you have KS2 experience and have always liked the idea of trying KS1, this is a great opportunity The role is a one and a half term contract from February 2025 About the school Based on the north edge of Cambridge, this is a thriving and happy school where the children are central to all that they do, and benefits from the support of a committed leadership team. They are a local authority school with approximately 400 children on roll and has a very established and settled staff team with a huge amount of experience and expertise. Requirements To be considered for the role of Year 1 Teacher you will: Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers Have a passion for teaching with the ability to cover pre prepared work set by the full time teacher Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
