Job: Contracts Manager Location: Wakefield / North East Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time A well respected, market leading organisation with a rich history of delivering incredible projects Nationally is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the team. Summary of the role: As the Contracts Manager, you will maximise profit whilst exceeding all client expectations acting as the senior point of contact You will be responsible for overseeing up to 4 projects with the support from the Project Managers This is a Senior Management role, so you will be required to provide a high level of managerial direction and support to site teams to enable them to achieve a successfuloutcome to their Projects in terms of profit, timeliness and quality within a safe environment Responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team Ensuring all projects comply with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a Regional / National contractor Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities A deep understanding of construction processes Commitment to safety and quality standards Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently To find out more regarding this fantastic opportunity, please reach out to Sam today.
