Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage on-site activities for assigned packages of the project. Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams to achieve project milestones. Monitor progress and provide detailed reports to the Project Manager. Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project continuity. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and client specifications. You will work on various packages including fit out, roofing, externals and RC Foundations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager within large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse site teams. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple project elements simultaneously. Experience in high-technology or complex build schemes is advantageous.
