Electrical Supervisor

As the Electrical Supervisor for this industrial project, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and inspection of electrical systems, ensuring they meet all specifications, codes, and safety standards. You will lead a team of electrical technicians, collaborate with project managers, and ensure that electrical works are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities across the project site. Ensure compliance with all local electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Monitor and review electrical work to guarantee quality and accuracy. Lead, train, and motivate electrical teams to achieve project goals. Develop work schedules and allocate tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Perform quality control and conduct site inspections to ensure safe practices and proper installations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise as needed. Communicate with project managers to update progress and address any electrical-related issues. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any change orders. Qualifications: GOLD ECS card SSSTS / SMSTS Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in industrial or construction environments. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and power distribution. Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Experience managing and coordinating teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of industrial machinery and systems is a plus
