Business Development Manager (Construction)

PFC Careers are working with a well established medium sized building/ contractor to recruit a Business Development Manager on a permanent basis. The business in question have a turnover in the region of £30m and have gone through a sustained period of growth over recent years. The majority of their work is in the fit out and refurbishment sector, however they also operate in other sectors. They have a strong management team as well as a client base who are very loyal to them. They operate mainly across central Scotland To sustain this growth they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to continue developing prospects within their existing markets and possible new ones. Ideally you will have experience working with a main building contractor and have numerous contacts within the sector. You will be responsible for bringing in new work opportunities and maximising existing ones, Excellent communication skills are a must as well as an ability to work well within a team. The role will report directly in to the board Directors. In return you will receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
