Quantity Surveyor

Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting on behalf of Tier 2 contractor seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West London. The Client who was established over 65 years ago operate out of 7 offices across England, employing around 300 staff. They undertake projects ranging from £500,000 to £50m in value, and their turnover last year was £85m. The Client is seeking a candidate who has utilities and infrastructure experience. The successful candidate will be able to: - Preparation of bills and schedules of quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works. - Visit building sites to monitor progress. - Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect or the client. - Preparation of specifications when required so to do. - Undertake costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
