Mechanical Clerk of Works (PART TIME) PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Clerk of Works. Our client are a multi-disciplinary consultancy, this role will be based on education/commercial/healthcare schemes in and around Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Job role: Mechanical Clerk of Works Rate: £350 - £380/day Hours: 8am - 4pm, 1 - 2 days/week Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months Location: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire Mechanical Clerk of Works Responsibilities: Description of the plant and systems installed within the building and operation level. Summery as to what is required to make systems communicate Executive summary covering any evidence of key issues and defects Limitations and obstructions that affect the scope of the inspection Photographs of defects with problems specifically highlighted A clear summary that provides the ability to prioritise remedial actions Recommendations for further inspections where applicable A full list of accessible and inaccessible areas Report to include test results and marked up drawingsMechanical Clerk of Works Person Specification: Valid CSCS card.
