Financial Controller

Partnered with an established company situated in Peterborough, we are hiring for a qualified accountant with post qualification experience in a Finance Manager or Financial Controller position. This is a fixed term contract until 2026 and is a fully office based role, overseeing, managing and mentoring a small finance team. The main purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day running of the finance department, driving process efficiencies and guiding the team in providing the levels of service expected by all stakeholders, as well as ensuring compliance with all financial reporting responsibilities. On offer is a competitive salary between £60,000-£65,000 pa depending on experience, plus a 10% completion bonus and a whole host of great benefits.
