Position - Project Manager Location - Manchester City Centre Package - £75,000 - £85,000 car allowance package. Contract Type - Full-Time, Permanent. Job Description: My client are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Manchester. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of a prestigious construction project. Your expertise in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and ability to navigate complex construction challenges will be instrumental in achieving project goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints Collaborate with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective project coordination Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives Oversee the procurement process, including subcontractor selection and material sourcing Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement proactive solutions Foster effective communication channels between team members and stakeholders to promote transparency and address project issues promptly Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in project management software and tools Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred How to Apply: If you are a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to an iconic construction project, we invite you to submit your CV
