As a School Support Worker in Shefford, you'll be integral in supporting students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs, such as ADHD, Autism, and communication challenges. What we're looking for: SEN or Mental Health Experience: Previous experience working with students who have SEN or mental health needs is highly desirable. Passion for Mental Health: A genuine interest in supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. Understanding of SEN: A strong interest in or experience with the unique learning and behavioral needs of students in an SEN setting. Local Candidate: Ideally, you will be based within commuting distance of Shefford. Key Responsibilities: Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication challenges. Work collaboratively with the clinical and educational teams to implement effective interventions and support strategies. Assist in developing individual learning plans tailored to each student's needs. Provide emotional and pastoral support to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Ready to Apply?
