Understanding of SEN: A strong interest in or experience with the unique learning and behavioral needs of students in an SEN setting. Local Candidate: Ideally, you will be based within commuting distance of Shefford. Key Responsibilities: Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication challenges. Work collaboratively with the clinical and educational teams to implement effective interventions and support strategies.
