UTILITIES PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED IN AYLESBURY, £450 - £550 PER DAY. Job Title:Utilities Project Manager Location:Aylesbury, UKContract Type:Contract (Inside IR35)Pay Rate:Up to £550 per dayStart Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage utility projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries. Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Requirements: SMSTS Certification: Essential for ensuring site safety and compliance. Experience: Proven track record in managing water and utility projects. CSCS Card: Black/Gold CSCS card required.
