Permanent Opportunity - City of London - Office Manager Your new company My client operates in the manufacturing space, manufacturing niche goods for a range of apparel. They are one of the largest global manufacturers in this space, and are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join ther supportive team. Your new role Manages overall office operations and reports to the management team. Schedules appointments and manages staff calendars. Handles filing systems and office supplies, including mobile phone contracts and statutory services, and oversees IT providers. Supervises staff interactions and addresses their office management queries. Monitor office management and create innovative work systems. Collaborates with Human Resources to update office policies and onboard new hires. Answers incoming phone calls and manages office inbox Organises all in-house or off-site activities. Assists Executive Assistants in arranging travel, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals. What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience in an Office Management position. Background in a corporate office environment. High level organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Friendly and approachable, professional work demeanour.
