The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join our dynamic team in February 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for teaching and is committed to making a positive impact on young learners. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience teaching in a UK primary school and hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for: Delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students. Planning, assessing, and delivering the Year 2 curriculum, ensuring that all students reach their full potential. Creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment that fosters independence, creativity, and a love of learning. Collaborating with colleagues to develop engaging learning activities and resources. Communicating effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and achievements. Promoting and modelling positive behaviour and respect for all members of the school community. Key Requirements: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching in the UK primary school system. At least one year of teaching experience in a UK primary school (preferably in Year 2 or similar age group). A passion for education and a commitment to providing the best possible learning experience for children. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
