Collaboration with local IT teams will be essential to support their needs, align practices, and ensure consistent service delivery. Regular European travel is required to coordinate with HQ IT Operations and offer on-site support. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management: Administer and optimize physical and virtual servers, cloud environments (AWS), and Windows/Linux systems. Network Administration: Oversee Cisco Meraki devices, ensuring optimal performance and security while unifying network configurations and standards. Operational Excellence: Develop automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Security and Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures, backups, and disaster recovery procedures, aligning with the CISO team's directives. Tool Management: Utilize EasyVista ticketing tools, asset management systems, and network discovery/monitoring tools (e.g. PRTG, Nagios) to maintain operational efficiency and ensure full visibility of the IT landscape. Collaboration and Support: Provide guidance to local IT teams, ensuring alignment in documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting practices. Documentation and Reporting: Drive the creation of consistent system documentation and deliver performance and incident reports to stakeholders. Travel Requirements: Conduct business trips within Europe to align with the HQ IT Operations department and provide on-site support to local IT Operations teams. Competenze ed esperienza Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience : 5 years in IT operations, systems engineering, or network administration in an international environment. Technical Expertise: Advanced Cisco Meraki management and troubleshooting (routers, AP, firewalls). Windows Server management and Linux system administration. Proficiency in EasyVista ticketing tools, asset management tools, and network discovery tools. Cybersecurity familiarity and exposure Nice to have: Automation scripting (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell) and AWS (EC2, S3, VPC) cloud environments. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities, with experience in multicultural settings. Full proficiency in English.
