Automation Manager

For our client, an international company in the area of Verona, we are looking for an Automation Manager. Scope of Responsibilities: Lead a team of automation engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality automation solutions Mentor and train team members in advanced automation techniques and technologies Design and program automation control systems and equipment Develop and validate control panels and components for automation Oversee the integration of sensors, actuators, and control devices Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations Manage automation projects from inception to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget Drive continuous improvement by enhancing system performance, implementing corrective actions, and recommending updates aligned with the latest automation technologies.
