Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Legal Counsel Data Privacy, you will join our Legal Department, conducting the following activities: ACTIVITIES Participation as a member of a team dedicated to the management of all privacy issues in support of company functions (e.g. processing register management). Management of monitoring and updating of internal procedures. Management of documentation in the field of privacy (privacy information, feedback to interested parties, appointments, contractual clauses in the field of privacy, etc.). Collaboration in the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the GDPR area (data privacy agreements, standard contractual clauses, joint ownership agreements, etc.). Collaboration in the management of activities related to data breaches. Ample flexibility, availability, proactivity, dynamism, openness to discussion and ability to work in a team are required. QUALIFICATION: Master's Degree in Law. Obtaining the qualification to practice the legal profession. KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of a second language (French, Portuguese, Arabic) will be assessed as a further distinctive element. LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Experience of at least 3 years in the management of personal data in large companies, including international ones, or in primary law firms. IT SKILLS: Office Outlook NICE TO HAVE: Consolidated ability to independently manage issues in the GDPR area. Ability to manage resources, work in a team and carry out reporting.
