Job Purpose The resource will support the department manager and shift production supervisors for all activities related to the Packaging Department line management (blister, drops and creams). Key Responsibilities Management of departmental computer systems in accordance with Data Integrity requirements; Review and implementation of the GMP procedures of the production departments; Cooperation with other departments (Maintenance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Planning and Logistics) in order to ensure the best support for carrying out activities through the resolution of ongoing problems; Managing and supporting the organization of the Department in order to achieve the required quality and quantity standards. Required Skills Knowledge in managing documentation related to production processes; Well-established knowledge of GMP standards, dressing procedures, process and rules related to data integrity; Skills related to Lean Manufacturing principles; Prior experience in monitoring and enforcing proper HSE practices; Ability and experience in managing production personnel. Required Languages Excellent knowledge of the English language.
