SAP Materials Management Expert - Support & Implementation

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Lead and execute SAP MM implementations and enhancements. - Design, develop, and configure SAP MM solutions to support business requirements across the entire order-to-cash cycle. - Focus on key processes: Purchasing (including RFQs, POs, GRIR), Contracts, Inventory Management, Inbound Logistics, Stock Transfers, and Goods Receipts. - Integrate SAP MM with external systems such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and third-party logistics providers (3PLs). - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM processes and functionalities. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM configurations and integrations. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful solution delivery. - Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP MM processes and best practices within the organization. - Stay abreast of the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices within the fashion industry. - Mentor and guide junior team members on SAP MM best practices and methodologies. Key Qualifications : - 7-10 years of experience in SAP MM, with a strong focus on fashion companies (SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion). - Experience in key processes: Purchasing, Stock Transfers, and Inbound Logistics. - Strong understanding of SAP integration with external warehouse and logistics systems. - At least 1-2 full-cycle ERP transformations. - Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Hands-on experience with S4/Hana FIORI Tiles, Launch Pad, and Transactional Apps. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Have Skills : - Experience with SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution). - Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Fashion and Retail. - Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). - Knowledge of industry best practices in fashion supply chain management. - Experience with Agile methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
