SAP SuccessFactors WFP & Analytics Specialist

Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors WFP & Analytics Specialist Location : Pan India (Hybrid Position) Experience : 3-7 years Key Responsibilities : - Conduct workforce analysis and develop workforce plans to meet future business needs. - Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain workforce models and forecasts using SuccessFactors WFP tools. - Conduct headcount planning, succession planning, and scenario planning. - Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders. - Configure and maintain SuccessFactors WFP modules, including workforce planning, scenario planning, and headcount planning. - Integrate WFP with other SuccessFactors modules (e., Recruiting, Performance Management). - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the WFP system. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key workforce metrics. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. - Participate in all phases of WFP implementation projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and go-live. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Ensure timely and successful delivery of project deliverables. - Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders. - Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. - Gather and document business requirements and translate them intotechnical specifications. Required Skills : - 3-7 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors WFP. - Strong understanding of workforce planning principles and methodologies. - Experience with workforce data analysis and forecasting techniques. - Proficiency in using SuccessFactors WFP tools and functionalities. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice-to-Have Skills : - Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation). - Experience with scripting languages (Python, R). - Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques. - Relevant certifications (SuccessFactors WFP certification) (ref:hirist.tech)
