Travel CT Tech - $2,542 per week in Edinburg, TX

Job Title: Technologist Job Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day - 12x3 - 07AM - 07PM (7 days on, 7 days off) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a registered CT tech or Multi-Modality License: State license required Certifications: Active CT and Radiology Certification required Must-Have: Associate's Degree or equivalent; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program Job Description: - Operate Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment and processors. - Analyze body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors and position the body properly. - Review physician orders and obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality radiographs. - Reduce unnecessary radiation exposure to patients and self. - Assist physicians during procedures with room preparation, supplies, and managing contrast reactions and codes. - Ability to schedule and complete exams, ensuring correct charge codes are entered. - Must live 100 miles away from the facility. - URGENT START required for this position.
