Travel Sterile Processing Tech - $1,022 per week in Willmar, MN

Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician Job Specialty: Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shifts – 4x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00) and 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00), alternating with varying start/end times Guaranteed Hours: Contracted Hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year required, first-time applicants accepted. Acute hospital experience required. License: License in-hand or proof of application required. No pending licenses accepted. Must commit to completing required fingerprinting in person within designated timeframes. Certifications: Required certifications include NBSTSA and/or NCCT, BLS Must-Have: - Willingness to work every 6th-7th weekend, including on-call for 8 hours on Sunday - Submissions must include finalized leave requests - Commitment to complete lab work and fingerprinting within specified timeframes Job Description: - Execute sterile processing tasks following unit protocols and standards - Manage and operate sterilization equipment efficiently - Ensure instruments and medical equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for use in surgical procedures - Work collaboratively with surgical team members to ensure smooth operational workflows - Maintain accurate records and comply with all safety and infection control policies - Flexibility to accommodate alternating shift hours as needed by the unit Please ensure all compliance and vaccination requirements are met, including medical or religious exemptions if applicable.
