The organisation is a main building contractor who has an excellent reputation in the construction industry for delivering quality schemes ranging from £300k - £12million in value. Job role: Contracts Manager Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 package (DOE) Duration: Permanent Location: West London area Contracts Manager responsibilities: Meeting with clients to identify requirements. Agreeing budgets & timescales. Attending site meetings regulary to check on project progress. Acting as main point of contact for Site/Project Manager's and clients.
