Fee Earner - Conveyancing

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Conveyancer - Fee Earner. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for facilitating the legal transfer of property ownership from one party to another. Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions - all title types - Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and mortgage agreements - Conduct property searches and obtain necessary information from relevant authorities - Coordinate with lenders, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process - Manage timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of transactions - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
