Oracle HCM Consultant – Manager Location : London or Manchester Salary : Competitive About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant – Manager to join a growing team focused on delivering innovative, cloud-based transformation solutions for enterprise clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex Oracle HCM Cloud projects, design end-to-end solutions, and shape the future of HR technology for businesses. Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, combining best practices with platform functionality. Lead workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud transformations, including managing offshore teams. Facilitate workshops and client-facing meetings, working with stakeholders at all levels. Design, configure, and test Oracle HCM modules to successful deployment. Build strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions to complex challenges. Support business development activities, including pre-sales and proposal delivery. What You’ll Need Proven experience in implementing at least one Oracle HCM Cloud module, with expertise in Core HCM. Background as a Functional Consultant, advising on HR process changes and technology adoption. Demonstrated success in leading client workshops and managing offshore delivery teams. Experience with full workstream delivery, from design to deployment. Consultancy experience, with involvement in pre-sales and business development activities. Desirable Skills Expertise in additional Oracle HCM modules, such as Benefits, Workforce Modelling, or Work Life. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in HR transformation.
