Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of SAP Supply Chain workstreams on large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects. Drive pre-sales activities and present to C-Suite stakeholders to secure future SAP engagements. Use SAP Supply Chain expertise to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs. Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth. Oversee SAP project timelines, team activities, and quality delivery across functional areas. Collaborate on business development initiatives, including proposals and bids. What You'll Need to Succeed: Expertise in SAP Supply Chain processes, particularly in areas like SAP Extended Warehouse Management , SAP Enterprise Asset Management , SAP Transport Management , and more. Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying SAP systems (minimum two full lifecycle implementations). Strong client relationship skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex scenarios. Experience leading teams and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Preferred Experience: Knowledge of SAP integrations with other tools and applications in Supply Chain areas. Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, or Oil & Gas. Strong understanding of digital trends in Supply Chain, including Industry 4.0 and ESG initiatives. Skilled in facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into innovative solutions. Track record of successful business development and delivering presentations to senior executives.
