Plan outages, manage strategic spares, and drive plant performance. What you’ll be doing: Scheduling and optimising electrical maintenance for systems like generators, motors, and switchgear. Developing and managing the site’s Computerised Maintenance Management System. Supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with HSE policies. Supporting plant commissioning and resolving performance shortfalls. What we want from you: HNC or higher in electrical/electronic engineering (or equivalent experience). Leadership experience with HV switching, earthing, and isolation knowledge. Background in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemicals.
