Key Responsibilities: Contractor Management: Oversee and coordinate the performance of various contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and quality standards. Problem-Solving: Navigate and resolve day-to-day technical issues efficiently, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills. Technical Oversight: Manage routine technical operations, ensuring all systems function optimally and any issues are promptly addressed. Analytical Reporting: Utilize strong analytical skills to manage spreadsheets, track performance metrics, and prepare reports on technical services. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities meet health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all tenants and staff. Permits & Regulations: Assist in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Ideal candidate: Experience: Relevant experience in technical services or facilities management, with a solid understanding of contractor management. Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software; ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues as they arise. Knowledge of Compliance: Familiarity with health and safety regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in a commercial property setting.
