Job Title: Commercial Project Manager – Training and Operations Job Function: Project Management Therapy Area/Industry: Oncology Job Type: Contract (12 months) Job Description: Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Commercial Project Manager – Training and Operations to support our International Oncology team. This role focuses on managing commercial training and operations across various regions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and execution. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with regional and local medical affairs teams for Medical Legal Reviews of training materials. - Manage project portfolios and provide updates to management and stakeholders. - Coordinate and supervise project progress, facilitate team collaboration, and maintain project documentation in Promomats. - Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending for related activities. - Support commercial training initiatives, reporting, and analytics. - Oversee the creation and review of medical content training materials, ensuring efficient workflow between agencies and medical teams. Key Skills and Requirements: - Proficiency in managing cross-functional projects and experience with Veeva Promomats. - Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills. - Ability to resolve conflicts and drive consensus. - Understanding of Commercial Operations projects across multiple geographies. - Proven track record in leading collaborative and creative problem-solving efforts. - Highly organized with excellent project management, change management, and presentation skills. - University degree in a relevant discipline. - Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
