Hey LinkedIn I'm delighted to share a new role with a client that I have been working with on a global scale for a while now. My client are an award-winning digital platform that transforms video and audio footage into real-time workflows and analytics dashboards in the field. Their platform uses the power of Machine Learning and AI to save time, eliminate the need for excess paper and create safer workspaces. They are corporate founded, so have the security and backing of a larger business, but are independently run and have the feel of a exciting scale-up business. We are looking for the position of Pilot Project Manager to join a successful global team that has had incredible growth since being founded hitting impressive milestones and paving the way in this space. What does that mean? Well, as they have grown they have created a more precise sales and customer workflow in order to deliver excellence to potential prospects. This role will be dedicated to pilots ensuring potential customers feel supported, engaged and convert to longer term contracts. This individual will be the bridge between the PRE and POST sales functions and will cross-collaborate in order to enable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities include: Pilot Planning and Execution Lead planning and execution of proof-of-value engagements for potential clients. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams for seamless pilot setup. Continuously monitor and report on pilot progress using real-time data. Client Engagement and Training Provide hands-on training to clients on-site and remotely, ensuring adoption across all user levels. Build and maintain relationships with client champions and key stakeholders to drive buy-in and collaboration. Demonstrating Value Showcase the platform’s benefits through data-driven insights, highlighting safety improvements, field productivity, and revenue growth. Surface cost-saving opportunities to support business case development by value consultants. Issue Resolution and Success Enablement Identify potential blockers or issues early, addressing them proactively to ensure pilot success. Post-pilot, collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition to post-sales. Ideal Candidate Profile: Project Management and Industry Expertise Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time delivery and exceeding client expectations. Proven experience leading end-to-end project work in construction or utility industries. Communication and Presentation Excellent communication and presentation skills, effective in engaging both field workers and senior executives. Data-Driven Decision Making Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate results into actionable insights and compelling ROI cases. Client Relationship Management Strong relationship management skills, capable of developing client champions and fostering long-term partnerships. We are looking for someone who comes from the industry either from an industry client or a consultancy. Additionally flexible to travel as needed.
