Retail Support Analyst Role Profile Reports to: Retail Support Manager Location: Glasgow, office based Salary: Dependent on experience Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm) Role Overview With a service-oriented mind-set and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom. You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation so being collaborative is essential. Could you be who we are looking for? Are you proficient in working with Microsoft Systems, more specifically Excel? Are you a strong communicator with the ability to influence both verbally and written? What does a typical day sound like? You will offer retail stores fast, consistent and high quality support You will be responsible for updating stock batch records. You will support with stock control issues. You will record transfer discrepancies. You will input uniform stock adjustments. You will allocate expense codes. You will record any theft issues. You will carry out filing and any general administration tasks. You will organise and plan repair and maintenance tasks including arranging services to be carried out by contractors.
